COVID-19 Response

The health and safety of our members is our number one priority at NedSpace. We’re taking precautions and have put the following procedures in place in order to maintain the best possible conditions for our members.

p

Please wear a mask that properly covers your mouth and nose at all times. This includes anywhere that is not your private office with a closed door – coworking areas, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchen, hallways, etc. – anywhere that another member of the community might share with you.

p

Please keep to a social distance of 6 feet from fellow members, guests and staff.

p

If you have cold or flu-like symptoms please work from home until 7 days after the last symptom disappears.

p

Elevators are being kept locked to the general public, accessible to members using their individually assigned security codes.

p

Hand sanitizer will be at the front lobby desk, in the kitchen and at each of the coworking desks. Please do not relocate or remove.

p

Common areas desk & conference room tabletops will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes by janitorial services.

p

Please keep to one person per table in the coworking areas.

p

It is more important now than ever that everyone cleans up their own dishes.

p

Please limit the kitchen to one person at a time.

p

There are doorstops keeping doors to the restrooms open to alleviate additional touch-points.

p

Limit elevator occupancy to two people per elevator.

p

Limit contact with surfaces in high traffic areas.

p

Wash your hands frequently and dry them thoroughly.

p

Cover your cough and sneez

p

Avoid touching your face.
