NedSpaces now has two locales...one in Old Town Portland and the first one in downtown Portland. Downtown was built in 1894 and has had a very colorful past - speakeasy, Irish pub and a bathhouse to name a few. There are 20 offices and 25 open desks, three conference rooms, a kitchen, ping pong and inside bike storage. Old Town has 15 offices, 40 open desks, two conference rooms, a pool table a kitchen, along with close proximity to Backspace, Someday Lounge and Davis Street Tavern. Pricing ranges from $275-975 at both locations, and members can work at any NedSpace location with no additional fees.
